Soaking up the sun isn't just good for your tan, it's also super important for keeping your mind healthy. Sunlight serves as a natural mood enhancer by stimulating the release of serotonin, a neurotransmitter linked to feelings of happiness and well-being. Exposure to sunlight also helps regulate our body's internal clock, known as the circadian rhythm, leading to improved sleep patterns and increased energy levels. Additionally, sunlight exposure helps the production of vitamin D in the body, which has been associated with decreased symptoms of depression and anxiety. Therefore, integrating regular exposure to sunlight into our daily routines can significantly contribute to fostering a healthier mind and an overall enhanced sense of well-being.

Out: Mindlessly Scrolling

Mindlessly scrolling through social media can have some pretty negative effects. Initially, it might seem harmless, just casually checking out what everyone's up to.
